Dollarbill does not provide data (cookies, operating system used and other identifiers of all visitors to the official website of Dollarbill) automatically collected by the system.
In addition to the above reasons, Dollarbill may disclose the personal data of certain individuals in connection with a government request indicating that such individuals are involved in violations of a law, regardless of the severity of the offense.
- If there is a reasonable need to clarify the investor's personal data in a situation where we received a government request indicating that the investor is engaged in money laundering or is trying to evade taxes;
- If there is a reasonable need to clarify the investor's personal data in a situation where we have received evidence that the investor is trying to infringe on the tangible and intellectual property of Dollarbill;
- If there is a reasonable need to clarify the investor's personal data in a situation where we received a government request indicating that the investor is financing terrorist and other extremist outlawed groups.
Any other circumstances that may prompt the disclosure of personal data cannot be accepted by Dollarbill and will be rejected by the company without explanation and without further negotiation and/or discussion.
